Ordering
Use the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item you would like. You can alter quantities at the checkout. Your card will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment is in pounds sterling (GBP) through the PayPal secure system. You do not have to register your details with PayPal before purchasing items from us. PayPal is a secure system which means that we don't receive your credit card or bank account details - we just get a list of items you have purchased and the delivery address.

Postage and delivery
All our prices include the cost of postage and packaging to UK mainland addresses and £20 to Scottish Highland and Northern Ireland. If you want us to deliver your order abroad, you may have to pay extra postage cost. Please contact us for details. We aim to dispatch your goods within 14 days of receipt of order, subject to availability. We offer an express next day delivery service for £10 to the UK mainland on most of our items.

Goods
Please note that items made of natural materials or made by hand can vary in colour, size and weight due to the variability of the raw materials. Our hand made, hand painted and vintage items may also have some characterful markings. We reserve the right to supply an item which may not be identical to the illustration; but could be identified as the same product.

Gift wrap
We sometimes re-use old boxes for your parcels in the true spirit of protecting our environment. However, if you let us know that your order is a gift we will package it beautifully in the finest brown paper.

Returns
If you don't like something or its not how you thought it would be, or even its damaged - don't worry! We want everyone who shops at Gift Box Garden to be happy with their purchases. Please do call and let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fix the problem. Please return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage and PayPal charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office. You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd prefer it if you call us first in case we can rectify the problem.

Privacy
When you shop with Gift Box Garden your credit card and personal details are processed securely by PayPal. We take your privacy very seriously and you can be confident that we will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details as stated in the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
